All content submitted on Got on Insta — including reviews, ratings, photos, and profile additions — belongs entirely to the user who submitted it. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

By submitting content, you grant Got on Insta a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our platform for the purpose of providing the service. You can request removal of your content at any time.

3. Reviews Are Personal Opinions

Reviews and ratings on Got on Insta reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the individual users who wrote them. They do not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Got on Insta. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for the content posted by users.

4. What Data We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, and profile photo when you sign up.
• Content you create — reviews, ratings, tags, and photos you submit.
• Instagram profile data — publicly available information scraped from Instagram (display name, bio, follower count, profile photo) when a page is added by a user.
• Usage data — basic analytics to understand how the platform is used (page views, interactions).

We do not sell your data to third parties.

• To operate and improve the Got on Insta platform.
• To display your reviews and profile on the platform.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset).
