We tried the meals from activeat for 3 days but we didn’t like the taste and we don’t wish to continue with it. It has some quality issues as we found hair in our rice. The another issue is with the timing.The meals got delivered around 10-10:30am on weekdays and 7-7:30am on weekends that didn’t help with our schedule as we could not bring breakfast and lunch to office for weekdays. And it is really difficult to heat up the food when you don’t have any oven. I requested customer care to cancel few of my meals but a msg came that she is on leave with a wrong leave date on it and I didn’t receive a solution for it from them. So in result the food was delivered even when I didn’t want it. It is really hard to identify the customer care support in the first place and then they don’t resolve issues. So our experience with this was not really good.
